Individual coaching
Start with your game, current goals and the situations you find difficult. Session scope and coach availability are agreed before enrolment; a session is not a promise of rank improvement.
A useful coaching brief describes the game, present level and the decision or skill that needs attention. Team communication, individual mechanics and competition preparation require different exercises and feedback.

A practice session is easier to review when it has a specific objective: communication in one recurring situation, a preparation routine or a decision pattern. Record the starting question, review examples and choose a manageable action for the next session. Coaching supports learning; tournament eligibility, rank changes and selection for a team cannot be promised by a session description.
Bring a short example that shows the issue you want to discuss. Include the circumstances and the decision you made, rather than selecting only the final result. For a team review, agree which perspective the group will examine first. A small set of relevant examples usually supports a clearer conversation than a long collection without an identified question. Return to those points before confirming so the scope is assessed on a consistent basis.
Share the main learning goal, group size and preferred timing. The coaching scope and any practice-room arrangement require confirmation before attendance. For younger participants, a parent or guardian should handle the enquiry.

Clarify the session format, equipment and what players can practise independently afterwards. For a minor, the parent or guardian should confirm participation arrangements.

A shared objective makes scrims and review useful. Confirm the roster, communication preferences and practice format so that the session supports the whole team.
Equipment, group size and session duration shape the room requirement. Availability and permitted use need confirmation before a visit or a training block.
Preparation can cover routines, communication and match review. Competition entry, eligibility and travel remain separate from the coaching agreement.
